Both New South Wales-based companies operate in wooden pallet manufacturing. Hyne Pallets has integrated timber processing, while Advance Pallets sources most timber from Hyne Group.
Flick – GC Pest Control
Flick Anticimex Pty Ltd, controlled by Anticimex Group AB and EQT Future, intends an asset acquisition of the pest control business operated by Swift Property Services Pty Ltd, trading as GC Pest Control. This transaction combines Flick's national pest control services with GC Pest Control's Gold Coast operations.
Velocity Vehicle Group – Fuso assets of Daimler Truck Australia Pacific
Velocity Vehicle Group, via Fuso Australia Pty Ltd, proposes to acquire the Fuso brand importation and wholesale distribution assets from Daimler Truck Australia Pacific Pty Ltd. This asset acquisition covers Fuso trucks, buses, and parts. Velocity Vehicle Group supplies commercial vehicles; Daimler Truck Australia Pacific distributes them.
Woolworths - supermarket site in Homestead Rd, Orchard Hills, NSW
Woolworths Group Limited, via Fabcot Pty Ltd, proposes to acquire a freehold interest in a supermarket site at 158-162 Homestead Road, Orchard Hills, NSW. This asset acquisition from private individuals will facilitate a new neighbourhood centre, including a Woolworths supermarket, opening July 2033.
Apiam – Seymour Equine Clinic

BBFIT Investments Pte Ltd is acquiring HBI Holdings Australasia Pty Ltd (Hanes Australasia) via a share acquisition. I Squared Capital, a US-headquartered private equity firm focused on infrastructure investment, proposes to acquire 100% of ASX-listed oOh!media Limited. Vopak Terminals Sydney – Leasehold interest in land at Port Botany, NSW
Vopak Terminals Sydney, a subsidiary of Koninklijke Vopak N.V., has entered an Agreement for Lease and Lease (sublease) with Port Botany Operations Pty Ltd (NSW Ports group). This transaction involves land at Port Botany for Vopak to develop a new liquid fuel storage terminal, expanding its existing liquid fuel storage and handling services for third parties.
NetSPI - Synack
KKR-backed NetSPI Parent Holdings, LP proposes to acquire 100% of Synack, Inc. via an all-stock merger. The Procter & Gamble Company is acquiring 100% of Healthspan Topco, LLC, trading as Thorne. This transaction involves consumer goods, specifically the vitamins, minerals, and supplements sector. The global manufacturer supplies VOOST in Australia, while Thorne offers high-quality supplements and personalised health solutions.

KKR – global print business of Thomson Reuters Corporation
Global investment firm KKR & Co. Inc. is acquiring a 51% interest in Omni JV LLC, a joint venture with Thomson Reuters Corporation. Thomson Reuters transferred its global print business assets to Omni JV LLC. This transaction involves the printing, publishing, fulfilment, and distribution business.
Coles – supermarket site in Byron Bay, NSW
Coles Supermarkets Australia Pty Ltd is acquiring a leasehold interest from JD 156 Jonson Street Pty Ltd for a new Coles supermarket in a mixed-use development at Byron Bay, NSW. This asset acquisition will establish Coles as an anchor tenant within the retail and residential project.

UPM-Kymmene Corporation and Sappi Limited are forming a 50:50 joint venture focused on producing and supplying communication paper. The venture combines their European and US communication paper businesses, with exports to Australia. It also includes limited specialty paper activities from Sappi's European business.
Adobe - Topaz Labs
The acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Topaz Labs Inc. by Adobe Inc. has been approved. Adobe is a global technology company providing creativity and productivity software. Topaz Labs supplies artificial intelligence-based photo and video enhancement software, such as upscaling and denoising.
Aware Super – Increased interest in Keyton
Aware Super acquired an additional 25.1% of Keyton units and shares from Lendlease Capital Services entities, raising its stake to 75% in the retirement village accommodation owner and operator. AMAL Trustees Limited retains its 25% interest. This share and unit acquisition expands Aware Super's presence in the Australian retirement living sector.
Supagas – Heeson Medical
Supagas Pty Limited, part of Mitsubishi Chemical Group, acquired substantially all assets of Heeson Medical Pty Ltd and Jacobba Pty Ltd. This asset acquisition consolidates medical gas and related equipment supply for domestic, veterinary, and aged care in South East Queensland and northern New South Wales. The transaction was approved.
Journey Beyond - Kelsian Tourism Portfolio
Experience Australia Group Pty Ltd, operating as Journey Beyond, has acquired Kelsian Group Limited's Australian tourism portfolio. This transaction, structured as share and asset purchases, includes various tours, cruises, and ferry services across Australia. The acquisition was approved.
Bunnings – Intellihub – Zelora Joint Venture
Home improvement retailer Bunnings Group and multi-utility provider Intellihub Australia are establishing an incorporated joint venture, Zelora TopCo Pty Ltd. Peter Warren - Wakeling Automotive
Peter Warren Automotive Holdings Ltd is acquiring Wakeling Automotive Group, a new and used car retailer. The deal encompasses 30 New South Wales dealerships, structured as Peter Warren purchasing 100% of shares in two entities and the business and assets of a third entity.
Johns Lyng Group – C&M Build Group
Johns Lyng Group Limited, majority-owned by Pacific Equity Partners, acquired 60% of C&M Build Group via a share and unit capital acquisition. Both companies operate in the insurance building and restoration services sector, with C&M Build Group also providing broader design, engineering, and construction services across Eastern Australia.
Osmoflo Water Management - Guidera O'Connor

Kimberly-Clark Corporation acquired Kenvue Inc. Both global corporations supply personal care and consumer healthcare products, including feminine hygiene products in Australia. The acquisition was conditional on Kimberly-Clark divesting Kenvue's feminine hygiene business in Australia and New Zealand.
OEConnection - Epyx
US-based automotive aftersales software provider OEConnection, LLC, a portfolio company of Francisco Partners, received approval to acquire 100% of the share capital of UK-based fleet technology solutions company Epyx, indirectly owned by Corpay, Inc. The deal involves automotive software and fleet management.
