This deal combines offerings in the software sector.
Kimberly-Clark Corporation - Kenvue Inc.
Kimberly-Clark Corporation proposes to acquire Kenvue Inc., uniting personal care and consumer healthcare product portfolios. Both companies supply feminine hygiene products in Australia. To address this, Kimberly-Clark offered to divest Kenvue's feminine hygiene business in Australia and New Zealand.

AUB Group Limited's subsidiary, Austagencies Pty Ltd, acquired an additional 20% of Sura Technology Risks Pty Ltd's issued share capital from D J & S Underwood Pty Ltd. Baupost – McDermott

Count – O’Brien Accountants & Advisors
Count Limited acquired a further 83 shares in OBM Financial Services Pty Ltd, increasing its ownership from 48.1% to 50.6% on a fully diluted basis. CRH - Arcosa

Arcosa is a US-based provider of infrastructure materials, with minor Australian supply of trenching and shoring products.
Kanda Healthcare – Live Your Way, QLD
Kanda Healthcare Pty Ltd, controlled by private equity firm Genesis Capital, acquired 100% of Live Your Way Australia's assets. This asset sale combines two National Disability Insurance Scheme registered disability support providers in Queensland's Bundaberg, North Burnett, and Fraser Coast regions.
Community Enterprise Queensland - Island & Cape Community Stores (Aurukun, Hope Vale & Badu)
Community Enterprise Queensland is acquiring the operating businesses of Aurukun Supermarket, Hope Vale Local Store, and Badu Island Community Store from Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation. This asset purchase involves retail stores supplying groceries and other goods in remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
EQT Fund Management – Exolaunch

Vets Central – Lava Street Veterinary Clinic and Doggy Kinder

Australian Venue Co – assets of Chequers Hotel, Bullsbrook WA

NPM Capital – AmbaFlex Group
NPM Capital, a financial investor, proposes to acquire 100% of the share capital of AmbaFlex group, a manufacturer of specialty conveying and accumulation solutions for the intralogistics market. The acquisition is via AmbaFlex's holding entity, Helix Holdco B.V., from vendors Helion C.V. and WPAI-I B.V.
IKEA Australia – IP rights from Inter IKEA under new franchise agreement package
Inter IKEA Systems B.V. and IKEA Pty Limited (IKEA Australia) have restructured their franchising arrangements. This involves moving to a single, consolidated master franchise agreement for all IKEA sales channels in Australia, covering intellectual property rights. This simplifies the existing channel-specific agreements for the retail business.
HB Land and Satterley – Elimbah Land Joint Venture
HB Land, a subsidiary of Ho Bee Land Limited, and Satterley Elimbah Pty Ltd are forming a 50/50 joint venture, Elimbah Land JV Pty Ltd. This venture will develop 181 hectares of land at Elimbah, Queensland, primarily for residential premises. The transaction involves share subscriptions into the new entity for this residential development.

PT AP Investment – Vitrinite

Pearl Spring ZB 2016 Trust, an investment vehicle of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, acquired a minority unit interest in Barings Darling Square Holding Trust. The transaction, involving a unitholders' agreement, relates to a 13-level office building at Darling Square, Haymarket NSW. Barings and Tigcorp are other unitholders in this commercial real estate deal.
