Ramsay Health Care – National Capital Private Hospital

Ramsay Health Care proposes to acquire National Capital Private Hospital from Healthscope. The hospital operates in the private healthcare sector in Canberra. The transaction would give Ramsay its first hospital in the Australian Capital Territory through the purchase of an existing hospital business.

GE Healthcare – Intelerad

GE Healthcare proposes to acquire Intelerad, which supplies medical imaging and diagnostic software to hospitals and imaging providers. The transaction would bring imaging software into GE Healthcare’s existing healthcare equipment and digital health business through a full acquisition of Intelerad.

Accenture proposes to acquire Faculty Science Limited, a United Kingdom-based artificial intelligence and data science consultancy. Faculty provides AI models, decision tools and advisory services to public and private sector clients. The transaction expands Accenture’s artificial intelligence and analytics capabilities within its consulting and technology services business.

WSP – TRC

WSP Global proposes to acquire TRC Companies, a United States-based engineering, consulting and construction services firm. TRC provides environmental, infrastructure and technical advisory services. The transaction increases WSP’s scale and service capability in the North American infrastructure and engineering consulting market.

TPG, through Ethos Bidco, proposes to acquire EMIS Group and related healthcare software assets from UnitedHealth Group. EMIS supplies electronic patient record and practice management software to primary care providers. The transaction transfers ownership of established healthcare software assets to private equity ownership.

L’Oréal proposes to acquire 100% of Kering Beauté, including the Creed fragrance brand and long-term beauty licences for Balenciaga and Bottega Veneta. Kering Beauté operates in the luxury fragrance and beauty sector. The acquisition expands L’Oréal’s portfolio of high-end fragrance and beauty brands.

Google – Wiz

Google proposes to acquire Wiz, a cloud security software company. Wiz supplies cloud security and application protection tools used by large enterprises. The acquisition would add cloud security products to Google’s existing cloud computing and enterprise services business.

ServiceNow – Veza

ServiceNow proposes to acquire Veza Technologies, a provider of identity governance and access management software. Veza’s products are used to manage and monitor access to systems and data across organisations. The acquisition expands ServiceNow’s software offering into identity and access management.

CSE Crosscom – Progility

CSE Crosscom proposes to acquire Progility, an Australian communications integration and managed services provider. Both businesses supply radio networks, push-to-talk solutions and related services to enterprise and government customers. The acquisition consolidates two providers operating in the same communications services market.

Danone – further interest in Danone Saputo Dairy Australia

Danone proposes to increase its ownership interest in Danone Saputo Dairy Australia to 51%. The joint venture manufactures and wholesales fresh dairy products in Australia under multiple brands. The transaction would give Danone majority ownership and control of the joint venture.

Coles – supermarket and liquor site in Kalgoorlie, WA

Coles proposes to acquire a leasehold interest in a new neighbourhood shopping centre in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. The site will operate as a large-format supermarket with an attached liquor store. The transaction expands Coles’ retail footprint in a regional Western Australian market.

Ampol – EG Australia

Ampol proposes to acquire EG Australia’s fuel and convenience retail business under a share purchase agreement. EG Australia operates fuel and convenience retail sites across Australia. The transaction would transfer ownership of a large national network of fuel and convenience outlets, subject to proposed divestitures.
