Blackstone funds and Perpetual Trustees – HSBC loan portfolio

Blackstone Inc. funds, via Virgo BidCo Pty Ltd, are acquiring HSBC Bank Australia Limited’s Australian home and personal loan portfolio. This asset acquisition, part of HSBC’s retail banking exit, involves Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited as trustee and Pepper Money Limited for servicing, including associated securitisation trust units.

WSP - e2m

WSP Australia Pty Limited proposes to acquire 100% of E2M Pty Ltd's issued share capital. This transaction combines two environmental consulting firms. WSP provides environmental consultancy services, including ecology, while E2M specialises in ecology, biodiversity, and environmental approvals, strengthening WSP's offerings.

Herron Todd White – CJA Lee Property Valuers

Quadrant Private Equity-backed Herron Todd White (Bidco) Pty Ltd proposes to acquire 100% of the shares in CJA Lee Property Pty Ltd from C McMahon Enterprises Pty Ltd and T.J. Shaw Pty Ltd. This share acquisition involves two property valuation and advisory firms, with CJA Lee Property providing services in south-east Victoria.

SLR Australia Pty Ltd is acquiring 100% of Spectrum Ecology Pty Ltd and Millcrest Technology Pty Ltd via a share acquisition. This expands SLR's environmental consulting services, integrating Spectrum's ecological expertise and Millcrest's proprietary GIS and spatial analysis software. Sellers are Cameron Mounsey, Christopher Parker, and Benjamin Boothby.

Aware Real Estate – 100 Market Street

Aware Real Estate proposes to acquire a 50% indirect interest in the leasehold of 100 Market Street, a Sydney CBD office tower, from entities affiliated with Link Real Estate Investment Trust. This share and unit acquisition will result in both parties holding a 50% indirect interest in the property.

Volvo Group Australia – Assets comprising Volvo dealership stock and assignable sales contracts of Southside Truck Centre

Volvo Group Australia is acquiring specific assets, including Volvo, Mack, and UD branded trucks, parts, and sales contracts, from Southside Agencies (Lismore) Pty Ltd. This asset sale relates to Southside's commercial truck dealership business in the Coffs Harbour to Lismore region of New South Wales, covering retail supply and servicing.

Platinum Equity Group – Nestlé Waters

US private equity firm Platinum Equity and Swiss food and beverage company Nestlé S.A. are establishing a 50:50 joint venture for the Nestlé Waters business. Platinum Equity, via Forward I S.à r.l., will acquire 50% of the share capital of WPB JVco S.à r.l., a special purpose vehicle holding Nestlé Waters.

Francisco Partners – Majority interest in Command Alkon

Global investment firm Francisco Partners will acquire all equity interests in Command Alkon, a provider of automation software solutions for the heavy building materials industry. The acquisition is from funds managed by Thoma Bravo and other equity holders. Post-completion, Francisco Partners and Heidelberg Materials AG will jointly control Command Alkon.

Blackstone - Technology Service Corporation

Blackstone, an investment management firm, intends to acquire all voting securities of Technology Service Corporation (TSC) via a stock purchase agreement. TSC is a US-based engineering and manufacturing company specialising in defence technology, including aerial surveillance services provided to an Australian customer.

ReDirect Holdings - Echo Solve

ReDirect Holdings Pty Limited is acquiring 100% of the shares in Echo Solve Pty Limited. This transaction combines ReDirect's NSW resource recovery and recycling operations, including drill mud recycling, with Echo Solve's Victorian contaminated waste treatment facility business, which operates the Altona Thermal Desorption Plant. Echo Solve is owned by Next Capital.

Ochre Health - Holdsworth House Medical Group & College Street Specialists, NSW

Ochre Health, backed by Genesis Capital, proposes to acquire Darlinghurst, NSW-based Holdsworth House Medical Group and College Street Specialists. Genesis Capital already holds an interest in Rainleigh Pty Limited, owner of these general practice and specialist administrative businesses. Ochre Health operates 72 medical centres.

SCM Financial Group - Strategic Wealth Services Group

SCM Financial Group Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of AZ Next Generation Advisory Pty Ltd, is acquiring all business and client assets of the Strategic Wealth Services Group. This asset sale involves providers of financial planning, tax, accounting, business, and self-managed superannuation fund accounting services.

Respect Group – Proserpine Nursing Home

Respect Group Limited is acquiring the business, assets, and land of Proserpine Nursing Home Inc, a single-site residential aged care home with 104 beds in Queensland. This asset acquisition expands Respect Group's aged care operations, which currently span 41 homes across multiple states.

Verlinvest – up to 60% interest in HomeExchange

Verlinvest SA, an international investment company with over EUR 2 billion in assets under management, is acquiring up to 60% of the shares in Tukazza! SAS, the holding company for global private accommodation online travel agency HomeExchange. Existing shareholders will reinvest alongside Verlinvest.

Regis – Home Care Business of Royal Freemasons

Regis Aged Care Pty Ltd acquired the Home Care business from Royal Freemasons Ltd. This asset acquisition includes client relationships and operational assets, focusing on home care services for older Australians. Regis is an ASX-listed aged care provider, while Royal Freemasons is a not-for-profit.

Eldridge – Ausenco

Diversified investment holding company Eldridge Industries, LLC is acquiring 100% of the shares in Australian-headquartered Ausenco Pty Ltd. Ausenco provides engineering, construction, consulting, and project delivery services for the minerals, oil and gas, and industrial sectors. Sellers include Resource Capital Fund VI L.P and 18 minority shareholders.

Genesis Minerals – Vault Minerals

Genesis Minerals Limited will acquire Vault Minerals Limited via a scheme of arrangement for 100% of its issued shares. Genesis is an ASX-listed gold producer with Western Australian operations. Vault is an ASX-listed gold exploration and mining company with operations in Western Australia and Canada.

Movac – Advanced Navigation

New Zealand venture capital firm Movac Fund acquired Series C Preference and Ordinary Shares in Advanced Navigation Pty. Ltd. This share acquisition is part of Advanced Navigation's Series C funding round. Advanced Navigation develops AI-powered robotic and navigation technologies for defence, land, air, sea and space applications, focusing on deep tech positioning.

Respect Group – McLean Care residential aged care homes and independent living units

Not-for-profit aged care provider Respect Group Limited proposes to acquire the business and assets of McLean Care Ltd. McLean Care operates aged care and independent living operations in regional New South Wales and Queensland. The transaction involves a change of control, followed by an asset transfer to Respect Group via a Deed of Gift.

RCT Solutions GmbH - Wärtsilä Energy Storage Finland Oy

RCT Solutions GmbH will acquire 50% of Wärtsilä Energy Storage Finland Oy from Wärtsilä Finland Oy, establishing a joint venture. The share acquisition involves a German engineering firm and a Finnish technology group's energy storage business, which supplies utility-scale battery energy storage solutions to Australia.

Australian Venue Co – Assets of Riverland Bar, The Boatbuilders Yard and General Assembly

Australian Venue Co, via AVC Operations Pty Ltd, is acquiring substantially all assets of three Melbourne-based licensed hospitality businesses: The Boatbuilders Yard, General Assembly, and Riverland Bar. AGS Financial Group - Hartley Financial Group

AGS Financial Group, backed by Oaktree Capital Management LP and Azimut Holding S.p.a. via AZ NGA, acquired the businesses and assets of Hartley Financial Group (Hartley Financial, Tax & Wealth, Platinum Diamond Financial Services). This asset sale consolidates financial planning, mortgage broking, accounting, and tax advisory services across NSW and Victoria.

The Independents Group, an international marketing communications services group, is acquiring 70% of the shares in five entities of the Smuggler Group, an audiovisual content production group. This share acquisition includes a discretionary option to purchase the remaining 30% of shares, exercisable in 2030.

Hammondcare - Anglican Community Services' Support at Home business

HammondCare acquired Anglican Community Services' Support at Home business, including Care Finder Agreements. This asset acquisition expands HammondCare's aged care and home support services, delivered both in-home and in residential settings, across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, and the Australian Capital Territory.

Modaxo - Conduent

Modaxo (Constellation Software Inc) has acquired Conduent's transport solutions entities from Conduent Business Services, LLC. This combines Modaxo's public transport software, including Australian computer aided dispatch solutions, with Conduent's public transport ticketing systems, such as Victoria's Myki. The acquisition was approved.

Eli Lilly - AtaiBeckley Inc.

US pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly and Company has received approval to acquire 100% of the shares in clinical-stage biotechnology company AtaiBeckley Inc. Both develop therapies for Alcohol Use Disorder; Eli Lilly with brenipatide (Phase 3) and AtaiBeckley with BPL-003 (Phase 2a).

Calvary - Hobart Private Hospital

Little Company of Mary Health Care Ltd (Calvary) is acquiring the business and assets of Hobart Private Hospital from Healthscope. This asset sale expands Calvary's private hospital operations in Tasmania. The acquisition is part of an orderly sale of Healthscope's network after its parent entities entered voluntary administration.

Accenture - Dragos

Global professional services company Accenture plc is acquiring approximately 80% to 90% of the shares in Dragos, Inc. Dragos is a global supplier of Operational Technology (OT) and extended Internet of Things (xIoT) cybersecurity technology and services. This share acquisition expands Accenture's cybersecurity capabilities.

Publicis Groupe - LiveRamp

Publicis Groupe S.A., a media and communications group, acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of LiveRamp Holdings, Inc. LiveRamp provides a data collaboration platform. Both parties offer data collaboration services, used as inputs for media activation and ad-tech. The agreement was entered on 16 May 2026.

Accenture - runZero

Accenture plc, a global professional services company, acquired 100% of the shares in runZero, Inc., a US-headquartered supplier of Operational Technology cybersecurity software and asset discovery technology. This transaction strengthens Accenture's cybersecurity offerings.

Merivale – The Sackville Hotel

The Merivale group, through Hemmes Trading Pty Limited and JH 7 Properties Pty Ltd, acquired the business assets and freehold land of The Sackville Hotel from Amalgamated Hotels Pty Limited. This hospitality transaction involves a pub in Rozelle, New South Wales, adding to Merivale's portfolio of around 90 venues.

Danone – MADE

Global food-products corporation Danone S.A. will acquire 100% of the issued share capital in Australian food and beverages company Tucker Holdco Pty Ltd (MADE). Danone supplies dairy, plant-based foods, bottled water, and specialised nutrition. MADE offers dairy, coconut-based products, pressed juices, and vitamin water.

Global Infrastructure Management and EQT led consortium - AES Corporation

A consortium comprising Global Infrastructure Management, EQT AB, and the Qatar Investment Authority will acquire The AES Corporation. This share acquisition involves a global power generation and utility systems company, which has Australian interests in solar infrastructure and energy storage. Post-acquisition, AES Corporation will be jointly controlled by Global Infrastructure Management and EQT AB.

Australian Venue Co – assets of Black Nugget Hotel Motel, Bartletts Tavern and all associated detached bottle shops

AVC Operations Pty Limited, a subsidiary of Australian Venue Co. Holdings Ltd, acquired substantially all assets of two licensed venues, Bartlett's Tavern and Black Nugget Hotel Motel, and their associated detached bottle shops. This asset acquisition from Central Hospitality Services Pty Ltd and Athena Hospitality Group Pty Ltd expands their licensed venue portfolio.

bp - bp Gateway

BP Australia Pty Ltd has acquired the assets, including equipment, stock, and goodwill, of a service station business at The Gateway Services Centre, Port Macquarie, from M. & H.J. Webb Pty Ltd. This asset acquisition will transition the currently dealer-owned bp-branded site to a company-owned and operated model under BP Australia.

Petalite – Envu

GIC affiliate Petalite Investment Pte. Ltd. acquired 32% equity in Cinven Discovery Holdings Limited Partnership. The target is linked to private equity firm Cinven, controlling the Envu Group, a supplier of non-agricultural pest control products.
